Olgierd Kowalski started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Kowalski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radowit Trzaskoma was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. BYDGOSTIA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Patryk Zgonina in the 4th minute. Radowit Trzaskoma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Kowalski, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Ludomil Narbut made in the 9th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sebastian Larsson. Radowit Trzaskoma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olgierd Kowalski's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 15th minute of play forced BYDGOSTIA's goalkeeper Zbyszko Leper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FA Sandtown were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after BYDGOSTIA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kryspin Gibowski took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Kryspin Gibowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zbyszko Leper quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The attack was good, but when Olgierd Kowalski in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 21 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Larsson came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Leper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Benoit Van Bettenrode came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zbyszko Leper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Kissel in the 30th minute of play. The corner led FA Sandtown's Kryspin Gibowski to fire away a dangerous shot which Zbyszko Leper despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Benoit Van Bettenrode came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Kissel came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, BYDGOSTIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olgierd Kowalski to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Aleksander Kissel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th minute Benoit Van Bettenrode shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbyszko Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aleksander Kissel to strike the kick off in the second half. Olgierd Kowalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radowit Trzaskoma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Zbyszko Leper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 64 minutes, Olgierd Kowalski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BYDGOSTIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olgierd Kowalski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbyszko Leper was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Aleksander Kissel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aleksander Kissel really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. BYDGOSTIA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Benoit Van Bettenrode scored to the left of an out of position Zbyszko Leper, making the score, 0-3. FA Sandtown's Janusz Koczara was substituted for Aleksander Kissel. Zbyszko Leper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janusz Koczara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 96th minute Nicklas Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Trzaskoma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The BYDGOSTIA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FA Sandtown's performance. The match ended with a win for FA Sandtown.
