Graeme Farrow started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Vince Burgess's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Soubak was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Graeme Farrow in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pedro Soubak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvardt Molsing in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Shane Portway prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Udbjørg charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabian Udbjørg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 16 minutes into the match, Scarborough AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Flemming Jorsø came free, but Shane Portway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vilfred Haal's late challenge caught a Scarborough AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilfred Haal helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kewl FC's Vilfred Haal got a free kick in the 19th minute. Harry Fisk helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Scarborough AFC booed when Kewl FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee ignored Kewl FC's protests and gave Eli Ridung a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kewl FC's Eli Ridung got a free kick in the 35th minute. Vince Burgess recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Graeme Farrows short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Pedro Soubak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Graeme Farrow got free with Pedro Soubak in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shane Portway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvardt Molsing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Gez Hassell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edvardt Molsing was the one to do the kick off. Vince Burgess took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Soubak. Pedro Soubak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Vince Burgess scored 3-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Soubak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 62 played minutes Kewl FC got a freekick which was hit by Vilfred Haal. Vince Burgess fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Soubak having to interfere. Pedro Soubak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Burgess, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Sigfrid Baden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kewl FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sigfrid Baden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shane Portway breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 minutes of play, Scarborough AFC's Graeme Farrow made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Soubak was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th minute Edvardt Molsing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Portway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rio Rowling's late challenge caught a Kewl FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rio Rowling helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Rio Rowling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Soubak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vince Burgess, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kewl FC's Pedro Soubak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graeme Farrow in the 93rd minute of play. If Vince Burgess had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 99 played minutes, Scarborough AFC's Matt Whitmore shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Soubak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Scarborough AFC reached it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Scarborough AFC had won after a very even match.
