Sören Gewalts short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Micael Paredes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 37 minutes into the match, VfL Blau Weiß's goal looked a bit too open when Quirce Bodelon came free, but Jorg Gerhold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Sans kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Natalio Pedrosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Jorg Gerhold when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Micael Paredes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simon Schulzki got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 95 played minutes VfL Blau Weiß got a freekick which was hit by Simon Schulzki. Mikel Cardeñosa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. Samir de los Caños's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 97th match minute, VfL Blau Weiß was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudius Thumser to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute Mikel Cardeñosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorg Gerhold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
