The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Tuzlukcu got a freekick which was hit by Durmuş Yadigar. In the 6thth minute of the game Luke Butcher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tuzlukcu's Kılıçalp Tanaydin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Tuzlukcu's Ahmet Efe Şinas got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 14th minute, Oscar Kershaw reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kılıçalp Tanaydin. The goal made the score 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vern Church during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Chivas Athletic FC - UK got a freekick which was hit by Vern Church. Oscar Kershaw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kılıçalp Tanaydin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Oscar Kershaw notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Tuzlukcu's Kılıçalp Tanaydin. Kılıçalp Tanaydin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 24 minutes, Hayrullah Pektay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuzlukcu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hayrullah Pektay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kılıçalp Tanaydin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luke Butcher in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Tuzlukcu getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Durmuş Yadigar hit a great ball. Oscar Kershaw sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oscar Kershaw kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 38thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Tuzlukcu's keeper Kılıçalp Tanaydin was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luke Butcher was the one to do the kick off. Luke Butcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the match, Tuzlukcu's goal looked a bit too open when Luke Butcher came free, but Kılıçalp Tanaydin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tuzlukcu booed when Chivas Athletic FC - UK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Kershaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chivas Athletic FC - UK's David Crowther played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Egemen Ağaoğlu in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Chivas Athletic FC - UK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hayrullah Pektay fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ahmet Efe Şinas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Luke Butcher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kılıçalp Tanaydin. Tuzlukcu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luke Butcher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 88th match minute, Tuzlukcu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zikri Babürşah to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Oscar Kershaw left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chivas Athletic FC - UK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Oscar Kershaw managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chivas Athletic FC - UK's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Kershaw was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kılıçalp Tanaydin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
