Graeme Farrow started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway got control of the ball when Sigfrid Baden tried to sneak it across the goal line. Scarborough AFC's Shane Portway proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Scarborough AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute Edvardt Molsing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shane Portway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Sigfrid Baden could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Shane Portway however easily saved by the left post. Pedro Soubak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vince Burgess went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Vince Burgess fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Soubak having to interfere. Graeme Farrow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Vince Burgess managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scarborough AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vince Burgess was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Soubak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Edvardt Molsing dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shane Portway, 1-1. Ian Keane's late challenge caught a Kewl FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ian Keane helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Kewl FC booed when Scarborough AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ian Keane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Shane Portway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vilfred Haal in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Vince Burgess hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvardt Molsing struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Shane Portway didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kewl FC. After 47 played minutes Kewl FC got a freekick which was hit by Edvardt Molsing. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

53 minutes into the game, Gez Hassell recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pedro Soubak. Gez Hassell showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Terry Haffner put in a rough tackle. Pedro Soubak had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Ben Proctor's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Graeme Farrow had several of the Kewl FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 61 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Pedro Soubak as he didn't even see the shot coming. Scarborough AFC's Graeme Farrow was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Graeme Farrow cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Pedro Soubak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Graeme Farrow's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Pedro Soubak skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vince Burgess in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Soubak saved Kewl FC from getting behind. With a little luck, Kewl FC's Pedro Soubak got control of the ball when Graeme Farrow tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Scarborough AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
