After 5 played minutes Samir de los Caños got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Salan. In the 13th minute Tadhg Murphy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Micael Paredes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rannal McTom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Micael Paredes having to interfere. When Drommahane AF's Rannal McTom in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samir de los Caños's goalie prevented a goal. Drommahane AF's Bartley Colwell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavian Naranjo in the 24th minute of play. After 27 minutes Samir de los Caños's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Biddy Ramsey who took care of the corner kick. Micael Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadhg Murphy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Salan charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raimundo Salan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Samir de los Caños getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Raimundo Salan hit a great ball. Ailín McStephen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Micael Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rannal McTom in the 35th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Samir de los Caños's Inocencio Sans got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Rannal McTom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute of the game Inocencio Sans made a throw-in which Guillen Quintero played forward. Bartley Colwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavian Naranjo in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xavian Naranjo to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Bercnan Grant managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drommahane AF's supporters rose to their feet, but Bercnan Grant was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Micael Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raimundo Salan got his second yellow card in the match during the 51st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Raimundo Salan hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute of the match Drommahane AF got a corner. Samir de los Caños's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Biddy Ramsey ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Drommahane AF booed when Samir de los Caños was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Blanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Drommahane AF's Rannal McTom dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. A collision led to Samir de los Caños getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Clemente Alarcon hit a great ball. In the 68th match minute, Samir de los Caños was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Alarcon to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Rannal McTom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xavian Naranjo struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Bartley Colwell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samir de los Caños. Bartley Colwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavian Naranjo in the 75th minute of play. Samir de los Caños's Micael Paredes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rannal McTom in the 76th minute of play. After 78 minutes Samir de los Caños's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Biddy Ramsey who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Biddy Ramsey got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Micael Paredes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Samir de los Caños's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Biddy Ramsey was slow to take the kick. During this time Drommahane AF's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Drommahane AF's corner Biddy Ramsey fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Micael Paredes quite easily take care of the ball. Bartley Colwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavian Naranjo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Drommahane AF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
