Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Soin Buisan took the corner. Aurel Crivoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Monico's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Cayetano Monico sped through Hudiksvalls Sjöbodar BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aurel Crivoi. Hector Hugo scored 2-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentin Bernal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Nico Alvarenga was substituted for Luiz Paulo Dracena.
