Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roman Gregory in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachariasz Dudkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Gregory in the 10th minute of play. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ronnie Odell sent off a good shot on target. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Nevada in the 14th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Gregory in the 15th minute of play forced CRUZ DEL SUR's goalkeeper Zachariasz Dudkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lev Yashin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronnie Odell in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Argentina's goalkeeper Lev Yashin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Antonucci. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustacio Antonucci got free with Lev Yashin in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 21st minute Augusto Estefan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Yashin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Roman Gregory had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zachariasz Dudkowski. CRUZ DEL SUR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Gregory was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Roman Gregory's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zachariasz Dudkowski was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Zachariasz Dudkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Nevada in the 30th minute of the match. Zachariasz Dudkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Gregory in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Argentina's goalkeeper Lev Yashin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronnie Odell. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Estefan in the 36th minute of the match. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Ronnie Odell sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Eufrasio was slow to take the kick. During this time Argentina's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Argentina's Carlos Eufrasio to fire away a dangerous shot which Zachariasz Dudkowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 46th minute Carlos Eufrasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Dudkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Antonucci in the 54th minute of play. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save CRUZ DEL SUR from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the match, Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Antonucci came free, but Lev Yashin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save CRUZ DEL SUR from getting a goal against them. In the 77th match minute, CRUZ DEL SUR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Antonucci to maneuver through the defense. Argentina made a substitution. Argentina were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after CRUZ DEL SUR's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gregorio Urtsin took the corner. The corner led to Argentina's Paolo-César Maldini getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Fan Yong Zhan in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Argentina's Gregorio Urtsin. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by CRUZ DEL SUR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregorio Urtsin was slow to take the kick. During this time Argentina's players had a chance to rest. Gregorio Urtsin made a great header on Argentina's corner, it was just that CRUZ DEL SUR's Zachariasz Dudkowski managed to reach the ball for a save. Benedicto Naelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariasz Dudkowski having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Argentina's Zachariasz Dudkowski threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gregorio Urtsin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The CRUZ DEL SUR supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Argentina's performance. The match ended with a win for Argentina.
