In the 14thth minute of the game Emiliano Velasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emiliano Velasco got in the 15th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Victorino Gaufred handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Pastor Tino notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 22nd minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Kees Harmsen got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Horacio Goren hit a great ball. Victorino Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Corleone, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Velasco in the 30th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Emiliano Velasco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Gaufred was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 39 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Victorino Gaufred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Velasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Victorino Gaufred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lisandro Claude hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Emanuel Lucila, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amadeo Francesco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Dinu Ivănescu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Despidida AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinu Ivănescu couldn't finish the play. With an all-out effort, Despidida AFC's Victorino Gaufred threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dinu Ivănescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Velasco in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Gaufred saved Piratas FC from getting behind. Emiliano Velasco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Victorino Gaufred when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Emiliano Velasco scored 0-5 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victorino Gaufred, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond was substituted for Emiliano Velasco. Victorino Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Victorino Gaufred took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 82 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Gaufred narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teodoro Casomiro made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Amadeo Francesco. 89 minutes into the game, Alvaro Raymond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Victorino Gaufred was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. When the final whistle sounded Despidida AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Piratas FC.
