If David Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baltasar Artaldo in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victorino Gaufred saved Piratas FC from getting behind. Jeremias Lopez was slow to take the kick. During this time Baraja Española FC's players had a chance to rest. Jeremias Lopez made a great header on Baraja Española FC's corner, it was just that Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sílvio Pires in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Gaufred prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 91 minutes into the match, Jeremias Lopez notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Baraja Española FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Baraja Española FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
