The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 26 minutes of play, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Bonifacio Abascal made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Eustaquio Javiar when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Christian Almkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. 39 minutes into the match, C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goal looked a bit too open when Baltasar Artaldo came free, but Xiao Ting Yang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baltasar Artaldo to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Roman got free with Eustaquio Javiar in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 56 minutes into the game, Christian Almkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eustaquio Javiar. Christian Almkvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Ovidio Benavides with Baltasar Artaldo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's Jairo Montes was substituted for Christian Almkvist.
