Rei Pelé scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emerson Fittipaldi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emerson Fittipaldi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rei Pelé went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 21 minutes into the game, Rei Pelé cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Emerson Fittipaldi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddie Rosendahl in the 25th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Rei Pelé managed to get in a good position for a shot. ≮王者归来≯ ⭐石♔安⭐'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rei Pelé was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emerson Fittipaldi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jose Manuel González was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rei Pelé in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emerson Fittipaldi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 53 minutes into the game, Rei Pelé cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Emerson Fittipaldi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Rei Pelé came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the ≮王者归来≯ ⭐石♔安⭐ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rei Pelé couldn't finish the play. When ≮王者归来≯ ⭐石♔安⭐'s Rei Pelé in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
