A sloppy throw-in by David Cordarius in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ITAFUT 4EVER's Rodriguinho Linhares. Victorino Gaufred took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Barycz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ryszard Barycz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Gaufred was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. When Baldomero Birjaio fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piratas FC's protests and gave Baldomero Birjaio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Piratas FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Baldomero Birjaio hit a great ball. Victorino Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodriguinho Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Ryszard Barycz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Niklas Bergdal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Piratas FC defense, Ryszard Barycz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Gaufred. The Piratas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Gaufred should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ryszard Barycz in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Gaufred prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ryszard Barycz might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Gaufred. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryszard Barycz ran back to his position shaking his head. ITAFUT 4EVER's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jean-Paul Møffelmand in the 42nd minute. ITAFUT 4EVER's Jean-Paul Møffelmand was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Victorino Gaufred in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Barycz in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match ITAFUT 4EVER got a corner. Piratas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean-Paul Møffelmand ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ITAFUT 4EVER's Robert Arboleda to fire away a dangerous shot which Victorino Gaufred despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Ryszard Barycz managed to get in a good position for a shot. ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryszard Barycz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Gaufred breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ryszard Barycz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ryszard Barycz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas FC's zone, Ryszard Barycz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal and Ryszard Barycz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ITAFUT 4EVER's Marquinhos Best managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Teodoro Casomiro in the 54 minute of the game. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Piratas FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Ryszard Barycz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Gaufred was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 65th minute of the match ITAFUT 4EVER got a corner. Piratas FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean-Paul Møffelmand ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ryszard Barycz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Gaufred having to interfere. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Jardel Baggio replaced Ryszard Barycz. 77 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Gaufred narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. Boguslaw Tarasek replaced Evelio Rico. Teodoro Casomiro got a throw-in 80 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Amadeo Francesco. The crowd rose to their feet as ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorino Gaufred. That made the score 0-4 after 83 minutes of play. With a little luck, Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred got control of the ball when Jardel Baggio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorino Gaufred made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jardel Baggio in the 88th minute. The audience was convinced that Jardel Baggio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Gaufred was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. 0-5 became the score in the 91st minute when Jardel Baggio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas FC's zone, Jardel Baggio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal and Jardel Baggio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ITAFUT 4EVER played a much better game than Piratas FC and deserved their victory. The Piratas FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
