Remigio Erramu hit a great ball. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Almkvist in the 18th minute of play. After some careless play in the Club Atlético Atlanta defense, Christian Almkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pankracy Glogowski. The Club Atlético Atlanta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pankracy Glogowski should have stopped the shot. Christian Almkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Pankracy Glogowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Almkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Chiriac in the 52nd minute of play forced C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's goalkeeper Xiao Ting Yang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Almkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pankracy Glogowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pankracy Glogowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. In the 67th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 made a substitution. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Jairo Montes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal and Jairo Montes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xiao Ting Yang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Goicoechea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Hermengildo Erroman got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Jairo Montes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jairo Montes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xiao Ting Yang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugur Chiriac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Pankracy Glogowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 got a corner. Club Atlético Atlanta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Saul Roman ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jairo Montes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Xiao Ting Yang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugur Chiriac in the 80th minute of play. When Jairo Montes fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's protests and gave Jairo Montes a yellow card for diving instead. Jairo Montes hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Nafría didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Montes came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Montes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pankracy Glogowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Jairo Montes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Montes came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Club Atlético Atlanta supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07's performance. The match ended with a win for C.Atl.Torre Monreal 07.
