When Tytus Orling came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tytus Orling couldn't finish the play. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when 蔡川雄 scored to the left of an out of position David Abad, making the score, 2-0. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 蔡川雄 in the 34th minute of play. Günther Doty might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 谢永榕. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Günther Doty ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Günther Doty in the 37th minute of play forced 【№1】湖南自由联队's goalkeeper 谢永榕 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 蔡川雄 struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. David Abad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel.
