After a rather tough play, Carrizal FC's Vasco Teran got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Carrizal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Caiado came free, but Menéndez Dohrmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Carrizal FC booed when Fenerbahçe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Egemen Kirmanşah didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd match minute, Carrizal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Chavarria to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Chavarria took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Atilla Kağan Hastimur. Atilla Kağan Hastimur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aşkın Çinucen in the 42nd minute of play forced Carrizal FC's goalkeeper Menéndez Dohrmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilla Kağan Hastimur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Chavarria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 45 played minutes Carrizal FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Jesus Airola. When Gigel Gorgan fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Gigel Gorgan a yellow card for diving instead. Gigel Gorgan kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The Fenerbahçe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Carrizal FC were winning 1-2.

The supporters of Fenerbahçe booed when Carrizal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alifonso Roquant didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gigel Gorgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 71st minute, Celestino Maggiora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74thth minute of the game Aşkın Çinucen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carrizal FC's Menéndez Dohrmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aşkın Çinucen in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Menéndez Dohrmann saved Carrizal FC from getting behind. In the 90th minute, Aşkın Çinucen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Arif Egemen Kirmanşah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahçe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrizal FC the free kick.
