With a little luck, ampute's Namık Civan got control of the ball when Dom Woodman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Walter Gardner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sancar Necip in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sancar Necip in the 31st minute of play forced Nancy AFC's goalkeeper Walter Gardner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ampute fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when ampute's Sancar Necip looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of ampute booed when Nancy AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Howard didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th match minute, Nancy AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Graham Forster to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 38 minutes, Arslan Sahadettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ampute's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arslan Sahadettin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Nancy AFC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jimmy Riad hit a great ball. Sancar Necip charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sancar Necip the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, ampute's Sancar Necip got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

50 minutes into the game, Mümtaz Mengücek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ampute's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nancy AFC the free kick. After 62 played minutes Nancy AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfie Downham. Namık Civan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Lowe in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ampute's Güvenç İmroz got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jimmy Riad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arslan Sahadettin hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 88 minutes into the match, ampute's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Lowe came free, but Namık Civan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes ampute got a freekick which was hit by Arslan Sahadettin. Namık Civan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Baker in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute Jimmy Riad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Civan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, ampute's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Lowe came free, but Namık Civan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nancy AFC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
