After a defensive mix-up in Inter FC Torino's zone, Aras Görkem Seyidhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chaz Quinn came out of the goal and Aras Görkem Seyidhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inter FC Torino's Chaz Quinn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Menderes Menderes in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jay Beattie in the 13th minute of play forced Gaziantep's goalkeeper Mutlu Ulutan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oğuzer Ezgü during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Gaziantep's Oğuzer Ezgü got a free kick in the 18th minute. Nedim Batırhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Gaziantep's Mahir Tezeren got a free kick in the 27th minute. Inter FC Torino's Crispin Coulson got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aras Görkem Seyidhan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pierre Rhodes succeeded in the game's 41st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Gaziantep's goal looked a bit too open when Jay Beattie came free, but Mutlu Ulutan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Crispin Coulson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mutlu Ulutan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nedim Batırhan was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Gaziantep got a corner. Inter FC Torino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nedim Batırhan ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Gaziantep's corner Nedim Batırhan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Chaz Quinn quite easily take care of the ball. In the 58th minute, Menderes Menderes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mutlu Ulutan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Rhodes in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Inter FC Torino getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Johnathon Cousens hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Gaziantep's goalkeeper Mutlu Ulutan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jay Beattie. Aras Görkem Seyidhan struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Chaz Quinn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaziantep. In the 75th minute, Acun Omural hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Crispin Coulson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Mutlu Ulutan made a huge save. After having played for 81 minutes, Acun Omural managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gaziantep's supporters crossed their fingers, but Acun Omural was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Chaz Quinn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aras Görkem Seyidhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Crispin Coulson hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Mutlu Ulutan made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Jay Beattie sent off a good shot on target. Gaziantep's Mutlu Ulutan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Gaziantep from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute Crispin Coulson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mutlu Ulutan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jay Beattie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Mutlu Ulutan made a huge save. Inter FC Torino played a much better game than Gaziantep and deserved their victory. The Gaziantep players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
