Diamante Negro FC's Fabian Bellmunt was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 21st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Fabian Bellmunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Diamante Negro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Bellmunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinícius Schmidt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vinícius Schmidt stood somewhat misplaced when Fabian Bellmunt came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 27 minute. Vinícius Schmidt was a little too slow when Fabian Bellmunt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 36th match minute, Diamante Negro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Araujo to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Araujo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Fernandão Breckenfeld took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Moreno Langarica. Diamante Negro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fleitas Arambula during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Fleitas Arambula hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafim do Valle was the one to do the kick off. Vinícius Schmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Bellmunt in the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jean Saldanha got free with Moreno Langarica in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, corre ou morrer's Moreno Langarica threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelinho Moura, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Jean Saldanha came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the corre ou morrer fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Saldanha couldn't finish the play. Vinícius Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafim do Valle in the 77th minute of play forced Diamante Negro FC's goalkeeper Moreno Langarica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moreno Langarica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafim do Valle in the 79th minute of the match. Aurelio Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Schmidt having to interfere. Moreno Langarica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelinho Moura in the 85th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Bellmunt in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinícius Schmidt saved corre ou morrer from getting behind. When corre ou morrer's Serafim do Valle in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Diamante Negro FC's goalie prevented a goal. Moreno Langarica made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Jean Saldanha sent off a good shot on target. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Fabian Bellmunt sped through corre ou morrer's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vinícius Schmidt. corre ou morrer's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
