The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Duncan Farrell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Werner Grund sped through Troyes FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kristian Sykes. Troyes FC's Kristian Sykes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuno Bährmann in the 96th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Troyes FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sin City 73.
