But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Bellmunt couldn't finish the play. Moreno Langarica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Lowe in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes in the game Noel Baker did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Dom Woodman. 22 minutes into the match, Sam Lowe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moreno Langarica. Diamante Negro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Lowe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Nancy AFC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Blair Trueman hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Marquez Tovilleja sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nancy AFC's Walter Gardner didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Bellmunt in the 29th minute of play forced Nancy AFC's goalkeeper Walter Gardner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro FC's Fabian Bellmunt got a free kick in the 39th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro FC's goalkeeper Moreno Langarica had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jack Taylor. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jack Taylor to strike the kick off in the second half. Dannes Pinto hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmy Riad came free, but Moreno Langarica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diamante Negro FC's Moreno Langarica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Taylor in the 61st minute of play. Moreno Langarica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Lowe in the 65th minute of play. Noel Baker charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noel Baker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Nancy AFC's Noel Baker got a free kick in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Jack Taylor notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Diamante Negro FC's Moreno Langarica. Moreno Langarica was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jack Taylor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Moreno Langarica tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Sam Lowe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moreno Langarica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Taylor in the 76th minute of play forced Diamante Negro FC's goalkeeper Moreno Langarica to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Jack Taylor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Moreno Langarica was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabian Bellmunt during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jack Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nancy AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jack Taylor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moreno Langarica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Diamante Negro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Taylor came free, but Moreno Langarica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Noel Baker was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. A collision led to Nancy AFC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Noel Baker hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Fabian Bellmunt sped through Nancy AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walter Gardner. Jack Taylor might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moreno Langarica. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jack Taylor ran back to his position shaking his head. Fleitas Arambula kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Jack Taylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moreno Langarica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
