ATC's attentive John Greña managed to snatch the ball when Neşat Necat made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. If Gomez Periquet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keban's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Gomez Periquet scored to the left of an out of position Rüştü Çoğa, making the score, 0-6. The ATC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ATC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
