K.S.V Waregem's Toby Topham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save K.S.V Waregem from getting a goal against them. K.S.V Waregem's Toby Topham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Kobylka in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Leonard Kobylka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Czechia Hradec Králové fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With his leg Toby Topham managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Czechia Hradec Králové's Roman Andrýsek fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Toby Topham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomáš Jagoš in the 24th minute of the match. If Terry Slator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pat Bowe kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of Czechia Hradec Králové booed when K.S.V Waregem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitch Leach didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Přemek Tomanec in the 37th minute really tested Toby Topham's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. K.S.V Waregem's Toby Topham proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save K.S.V Waregem from getting a goal against them. Leonard Kobylka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 41 played minutes K.S.V Waregem got a freekick which was hit by Brian Barat. When Leonard Kobylka came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Czechia Hradec Králové fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonard Kobylka couldn't finish the play. Pat Bowe kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Kobylka to strike the kick off in the second half. Nodar Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Huey Hughes, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. With his leg Nodar Gol managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when K.S.V Waregem's Huey Hughes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 57th minute Tomáš Jagoš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toby Topham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toby Topham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Andrýsek in the 57th minute of the match. Nodar Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Trevor Kempson in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Czechia Hradec Králové's goalkeeper Nodar Gol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Leonard Kobylka notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of K.S.V Waregem's Toby Topham. Toby Topham was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nodar Gol made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Huey Hughes sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd match minute, K.S.V Waregem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mitch Leach to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Czechia Hradec Králové's Přemek Tomanec in action when he in the 75th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Leonard Kobylka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute Jan Trochta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toby Topham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toby Topham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Kobylka, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 95th minute, Roman Andrýsek made a precise shot to the right of Toby Topham. K.S.V Waregem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Czechia Hradec Králové's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
