Mario Alberto Kempes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sezer Şahinalp read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Laurita FC's Esa Garcha got a free kick in the 6th minute. Sezer Şahinalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Alberto Kempes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Alberto Kempes in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sezer Şahinalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Alberto Kempes got free with Sezer Şahinalp in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute, Mario Alberto Kempes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sezer Şahinalp. The goal made the score 1-0. If Mario Alberto Kempes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mario Alberto Kempes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Sezer Şahinalp made a huge save. Mario Alberto Kempes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Sezer Şahinalp made a huge save. 28 minutes into the match, Caykara's goalkeeper Sezer Şahinalp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Alberto Kempes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michiel Vleminx in the 30th minute of play forced Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Laurita FC got a corner. Caykara's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Esa Garcha ran over to the corner to take the kick. Esa Garcha made a great header on Laurita FC's corner, it was just that Caykara's Sezer Şahinalp managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Caykara booed when Laurita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Ikalewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariusz Naumowicz made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Laurita FC's Csaba Szénási. In the 47th minute, Remigio Bilintx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cankut Yaygır to strike the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Iolaos Adamou with Mariusz Naumowicz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Laurita FC's attentive Ezequiel Emesto managed to snatch the ball when Iolaos Adamou made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. Sezer Şahinalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Alberto Kempes in the 58th minute of the match. Arnulfo Kinsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cankut Yaygır in the 60th minute. Cankut Yaygır could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Arnulfo Kinsen made a huge save. After 69 played minutes Caykara got a freekick which was hit by Michiel Vleminx. After some careless play in the Caykara defense, Šair Lupin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sezer Şahinalp. The Caykara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sezer Şahinalp should have stopped the shot. In the 77th minute Šair Lupin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sezer Şahinalp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Iolaos Adamou threw the ball into play from the sideline. Laurita FC's Csaba Szénási quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 80 minutes of play, Laurita FC's Šair Lupin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sezer Şahinalp was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Šair Lupin in the 83rd minute of play forced Caykara's goalkeeper Sezer Şahinalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnulfo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remigio Bilintx in the 88th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Šair Lupin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sezer Şahinalp. Caykara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Šair Lupin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Caykara players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Laurita FC.
