The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, PLUMIN's Rodrigo Massó got control of the ball when Ma Mo Feng tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodrigo Massó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Jonas Orlondon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Mo Feng came free, but Rodrigo Massó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Figueroa in the 14th minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Rodrigo Massó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco Malo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Berto in the 16th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Teodosio Figueroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Massó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Lagrima en Jarrita's Teodosio Figueroa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodrigo Massó. Rodrigo Massó yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Eguzki came free, but Loco Malo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Massó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodosio Figueroa in the 38th minute of the match. If Aristide Ştefănoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lagrima en Jarrita made a substitution. Kong Hao Xi replaced Aristide Ştefănoiu. Gerardo Berto scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loco Malo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

PLUMIN's Teo Fidensio was substituted for Delmiro Mel. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teo Fidensio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Edinho Baresi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lagrima en Jarrita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PLUMIN the free kick. A collision led to Lagrima en Jarrita getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Edinho Baresi hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Lagrima en Jarrita defense, Teo Fidensio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loco Malo. The Lagrima en Jarrita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loco Malo should have stopped the shot. Loco Malo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Fidensio, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, PLUMIN's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Mo Feng came free, but Rodrigo Massó reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lagrima en Jarrita's Edinho Baresi got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Edinho Baresi off the ground. The PLUMIN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodrigo Massó should have stopped the shot. After 87 played minutes PLUMIN got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Dubardo. Rodrigo Massó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Firmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Loco Malo made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Higinio Eguzki sent off a good shot on target. Rodrigo Massó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Firmin in the 93rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo got control of the ball when Antonio Orlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filiberto Nisio's late challenge caught a PLUMIN's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Nisio helped the player get up and apologised. The PLUMIN supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing PLUMIN would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
