Darryl Buckner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uriel Chorche having to make a save. Alfonso Gilabert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Defensores del Ángel Gris's Alfonso Gilabert came free and shot a quick shot against goal 30 minutes in the game, fortunately Victoriano Bernaldo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Defensores del Ángel Gris were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Dep Colonia Avellaneda's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. The wind increased when Alfonso Gilabert made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Alfonso Gilabert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Gilabert in the 56th minute of play. Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Gilabert, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 65 minutes into the match, Darryl Buckner notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Defensores del Ángel Gris's Uriel Chorche. Uriel Chorche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores del Ángel Gris's zone, Leopoldo Rosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uriel Chorche came out of the goal and Leopoldo Rosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
