Simon Ferrer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Victoriano Bernaldo made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of Dep Colonia Avellaneda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PLUMIN:s goal. Gerardo Berto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Tufescu in the 36th minute of play forced PLUMIN's goalkeeper Rodrigo Massó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was a well-played corner which Santo Libertad managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Victoriano Bernaldo made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Simon Ferrer sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in PLUMIN's zone, Leopoldo Rosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Massó came out of the goal and Leopoldo Rosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Santo Libertad fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dep Colonia Avellaneda's protests and gave Santo Libertad a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Santo Libertad got a free kick in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

PLUMIN's Cirilo Salvino was substituted for Delmiro Mel. After 54 played minutes Dep Colonia Avellaneda got a freekick which was hit by Wei Li. Thanks to some nice moves Leopoldo Rosa could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Rodrigo Massó however easily saved by the left post. In the 78thth minute of the game Simon Ferrer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Wei Li got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. PLUMIN's Higinio Eguzki got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leopoldo Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Massó having to interfere. A collision led to Dep Colonia Avellaneda getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Wei Li hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
