Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Şükür Hagi started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Hans-Martin Istad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grant Blacknell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celso Hotz in the 6th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Florencio Rafe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grant Blacknell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Grant Blacknell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Martin Istad in the 14th minute of the match. Grant Blacknell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Hotz, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 21st minute, Leicester Lions's Michal Budzyn seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Michal Budzyn the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Leicester Lions protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Michal Budzyn had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leicester Lions! An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Rafe in the 27th minute of play forced Leicester Lions's goalkeeper Grant Blacknell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Martin Istad in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd play minute Tod Freeman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Enrique Bologna. 1-3. Masters United F.C. were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Leicester Lions's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anselmo Ted took the corner. The corner ended in Anselmo Ted almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell did a great save. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Leicester Lions's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anselmo Ted was slow to take the kick. During this time Masters United F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Hotz in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Ruperto Pirro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrique Bologna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tod Freeman in the 47th minute of play. The Leicester Lions players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Masters United F.C. were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Hans-Martin Istad made the kick off in the second half. In the 67th minute of the match, Hans-Martin Istad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Grant Blacknell saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Grant Blacknell made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Florencio Rafe sent off a good shot on target. Luke Deveraux hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Masters United F.C. made a substitution. Herminio Frantzes replaced Celso Hotz. In the 72nd minute, Luke Deveraux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Martin Istad in the 75th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Masters United F.C.'s Anselmo Ted sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Grant Blacknell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Martin Istad in the 82nd minute of play. After 82 played minutes Hans-Martin Istad could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-4 into the left cross. Mike Wadham kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Florencio Rafe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grant Blacknell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Masters United F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
