Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adrian Bârsan got the match started through his kick off. Zé Bani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vlad Covrig having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Bani in the 3rd minute of play forced PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Bani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vlad Covrig read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Eric Astafei got a throw-in 5 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Olimpiu Fecioru. 8 minutes into the game, Olimpiu Fecioru threw the ball into play from the sideline. LTA FC's Balázs Tinódi quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 11th minute, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Cristi Borza seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cristi Borza the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cristi Borza had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 10th minute, one of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca. When the match had been going on for 12 minutes, LTA FC's Zé Bani got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Vlad Covrig. Vlad Covrig was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zé Bani showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Vlad Covrig was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Zé Bani capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zé Bani really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Zé Bani's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Vlad Covrig skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's zone, Zé Bani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vlad Covrig came out of the goal and Zé Bani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Bani in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vlad Covrig saved PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca from getting behind. When Zé Bani came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the LTA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Bani couldn't finish the play. In the 34th match minute, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Astafei to maneuver through the defense. Vlad Covrig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Bernad in the 35th minute of the match. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ivan Bernad in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vlad Covrig saved PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca from getting behind. Vlad Covrig stood somewhat misplaced when Zé Bani came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 44 minute. In the 46th minute, Ivan Bernad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Bernad to strike the kick off in the second half. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Bani in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, LTA FC's Zé Bani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vlad Covrig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vlad Covrig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Bernad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Bani might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlad Covrig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Bani ran back to his position shaking his head. Vlad Covrig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Bani in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to LTA FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tyge Jungholm hit a great ball. Vlad Covrig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Bani, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Vlad Covrig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Bani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 64th play minutes Zé Bani shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Vlad Covrig and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After taking down the ball on LTA FC's corner Godofredo Ermengol fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vlad Covrig quite easily take care of the ball. In the 74th minute, Zé Bani made a precise shot to the right of Vlad Covrig. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 79 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Bani came free, but Vlad Covrig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Bani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Mircea Jupân got a free kick in the 82nd minute. LTA FC's Rodrigo Quintan got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zé Bani scored 7-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlad Covrig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Adrian Bârsan got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Zé Bani struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Vlad Covrig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LTA FC. 94 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Quintan came free, but Vlad Covrig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee gave LTA FC a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Zé Bani, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig. 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. LTA FC fully deserved thier win.
