In the 15th minute, Grandi Lupi's Charly Alberti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A throw-in in the 19th minute of the game was made by Daniel Dawiec with Mihăiţă Şoimu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Marian Găvan managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Marian Găvan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfonz Kállai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes in the game Daniel Dawiec did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Stelian Frățilă. 29 minutes into the match, Grandi Lupi's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Moldovan came free, but Alfonz Kállai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Tamás Ludas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stelian Frățilă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Grandi Lupi's goal looked a bit too open when Panait Moldovan came free, but Alfonz Kállai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Alberti came free, but Isidor Quintarnaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's Valentin Ştefănică was substituted for Răzvan Florescu. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charly Alberti was the one to do the kick off. Isidor Quintarnaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Alberti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Ştefănică came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alfonz Kállai could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charly Alberti in the 58th minute of play forced FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's goalkeeper Isidor Quintarnaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidor Quintarnaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charly Alberti, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Grandi Lupi's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Grozuță came free, but Alfonz Kállai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, FC Arges Dacia Pitesti's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Alberti came free, but Isidor Quintarnaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
