An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Cantona in the 3rd minute of play forced A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalkeeper Eriberto Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, Saga TF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Ånger to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Cositorto hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Eriberto Manilan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Cantona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saga TF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Brian Laudrup in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Uli Krutten got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to Saga TF getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Billy Backman hit a great ball. Joachim Forseth made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Tiburcio Tino sent off a good shot on target. If Arne Botnen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 played minutes A.F Cuervos Azulgranas got a freekick which was hit by Uli Krutten. Brian Laudrup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Tino got free with Joachim Forseth in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute of the match A.F Cuervos Azulgranas got a corner. Saga TF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Julian Hulberto ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rdth minute of the game Erik Cantona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Eriberto Manilan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to A.F Cuervos Azulgranas getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Julian Hulberto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Cantona in the 37th minute of play forced A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalkeeper Eriberto Manilan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Botnen, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. If Tiburcio Tino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Arne Botnen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eriberto Manilan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Seme in the 46th minute of play. Uli Krutten hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Peng Hong Fei was substituted for Tiburcio Tino. Uli Krutten kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erik Cantona to strike the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Saga TF's Erik Cantona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Manilan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Eriberto Manilan got control of the ball when Erik Cantona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joachim Forseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Kusko in the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Justino Kusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Manilan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Leszek Milko. A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Froilan Otsando was substituted for Anier Seme. Julian Hulberto hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Saga TF's Joachim Forseth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Kusko in the 80th minute of play. Brian Laudrup recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's goalkeeper Eriberto Manilan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Justino Kusko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joachim Forseth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Joachim Forseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Kusko in the 93rd minute of the match. Saga TF's Trond Gilde got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, A.F Cuervos Azulgranas's Eriberto Manilan got control of the ball when Erik Cantona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saga TF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
