In the 10th minute Rareș Nicola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmar Vermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in san isidro's zone, Rareș Nicola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Vermudo came out of the goal and Rareș Nicola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anastasio Karlo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Peter Schmeichel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, san isidro's goal looked a bit too open when Alajos Belliger came free, but Delmar Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute, Rareș Nicola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rareș Nicola stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rareș Nicola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Delmar Vermudo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. san isidro's Delmar Vermudo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save san isidro from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jindřich Benc got free with Delmar Vermudo in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Jindřich Benc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delmar Vermudo. That made the score 0-3 in the 57 minute of play. FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guo Yu Cheng in the 63rd minute. Delmar Vermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rareș Nicola's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. san isidro made a substitution. Peter Schmeichel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Kihlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Delmar Vermudo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. 89 minutes into the match, san isidro's goal looked a bit too open when Rareș Nicola came free, but Delmar Vermudo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, san isidro's goalkeeper Delmar Vermudo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Casciano. In the 93rd minute, FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI's Jindřich Benc dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. FK Užnemunė SLAVA UKRAINI played a much better game than san isidro and deserved their victory. The san isidro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
