The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Dacian Oravițan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute Manole Frunză shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Pacorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's Juan Raúl Riquelme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dacian Oravițan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 13 played minutes Inter Miami CF got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Xacintu. After a rather tough play, FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Francesco Di Luca got a free kick in the 16th minute. Amado Muc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dacian Oravițan having to interfere. Guido Maties received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dacian Oravițan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juan Raúl Riquelme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teo Pacorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Rawlings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Raúl Riquelme, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enzo Iago was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter Miami CF's players had a chance to rest. Dacian Oravițan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Guido Maties showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 41 minute of play. Dacian Oravițan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Muc, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Dacian Oravițan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Guido Maties made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute of the match, Francesco Di Luca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Teo Pacorro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Maties in the 56th minute of play forced FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s goalkeeper Dacian Oravițan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dacian Oravițan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Muc, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Amado Muc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo Pacorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Frunză in the 63rd minute of the match. Enzo Iago's late challenge caught a FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Iago helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Inter Miami CF's Enzo Iago got a free kick in the 65th minute. Guido Maties's late challenge caught a FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Maties helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Inter Miami CF got a freekick which was hit by Guido Maties. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Maties in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dacian Oravițan saved FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- from getting behind. When Guido Maties came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Inter Miami CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Maties couldn't finish the play. Teo Pacorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Frunză, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dacian Oravițan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Maties in the 85th minute of the match. FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM-'s Dacian Oravițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Raúl Riquelme in the 87th minute of play. Juan Raúl Riquelme took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dacian Oravițan. Dacian Oravițan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 94th minute, Jacob Rawlings hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC ★C.ă.T.ă★-MM- players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Inter Miami CF.
