In the 10th minute Marcelo Zalayeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustín Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustín Alvarezs short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Agustín Rossi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 11th minute, Agustín Alvarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Zalayeta in the 13th minute of play forced Los Trip's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Rossi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Alvarez in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Zalayeta in the 43rd minute of play forced Los Trip's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Zalayeta in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agustín Rossi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 50 played minutes PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON got a freekick which was hit by Usain Bolt. Bruno Capello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Cafu Negri made a huge save. Los Trip's CJ Asensio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cafu Negri in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. PEÑAROL ORO Y CARBON made a substitution. Millrick Portanares replaced Torcato Brito. In the 63rd minute of the match Millrick Portanares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustín Rossi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 卓棋真 kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match Millrick Portanares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustín Rossi skillfully saved the ball.
