The audience was convinced that Modesto Socorro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bogdan Kornatowski was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. If Modesto Socorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KP Chemik Police's Bogdan Kornatowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Socorro in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's Modesto Socorro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bogdan Kornatowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Olejarz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Modesto Socorro came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Falconara Albanese fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Socorro couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Socorro in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bogdan Kornatowski saved KP Chemik Police from getting behind. Yu Zheng Li sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Aleksander Ptaszek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Modesto Socorro came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Falconara Albanese fans jumped to their feet. Bogdan Kornatowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Socorro in the 32nd minute of the match. Falconara Albanese's Zeledon Manex managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Aleksander Ptaszek in the 38 minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, KP Chemik Police's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Socorro came free, but Bogdan Kornatowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Huratiak in the 41st minute of play. Casimiro Txomin struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Bogdan Kornatowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falconara Albanese. Daniel Olejarzs short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Osvaldo Vergaray to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half Falconara Albanese were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafal Huratiak made a kick off. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind KP Chemik Police's goalkeeper Bogdan Kornatowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Modesto Socorro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Bogdan Kornatowski made a huge save. Modesto Socorro struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Bogdan Kornatowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falconara Albanese. In the 57th minute Falconara Albanese were awarded a corner. Domingos Sagrario went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Falconara Albanese's Domingos Sagrario to fire away a dangerous shot which Bogdan Kornatowski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Falconara Albanese's Modesto Socorro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bogdan Kornatowski. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. 62 minutes into the game, Modesto Socorro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bogdan Kornatowski. Modesto Socorro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. In the 72nd minute Dobri Kolyovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kornatowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Dobri Kolyovski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Kornatowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 78 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's Dobri Kolyovski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bogdan Kornatowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Dobri Kolyovski sped through KP Chemik Police's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bogdan Kornatowski. After 90 played minutes KP Chemik Police got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Dula. Cristo Evarado might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bogdan Kornatowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristo Evarado ran back to his position shaking his head. Bogdan Kornatowski made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Dobri Kolyovski sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over Falconara Albanese could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KP Chemik Police throughout the match.
