In the 16th minute Modesto Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionisio Raphael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Modesto Socorro took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Dionisio Raphael to make any attempt to save it. 28 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Josefsson came free, but Osvaldo Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casimiro Txomin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dionisio Raphael firmly grabbed it by the left post. Osvaldo Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Josefsson in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Txomin in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dionisio Raphael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Osvaldo Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvaro Micarelli in the 54th minute of the match. The supporters of PINGO PINGO booed when Falconara Albanese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Manex didn't get a good kick on the ball. Falconara Albanese made a substitution. Cristo Evarado replaced Astor Curcio. After a rather tough play, Falconara Albanese's Zeledon Manex got a free kick in the 66th minute. Falconara Albanese's Osvaldo Vergaray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Falconara Albanese from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the game, Casimiro Claris threw the ball into play from the sideline. Falconara Albanese's Narciso Jacob quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A nice corner shot did that Domingos Sagrario got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dionisio Raphael quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Osvaldo Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Josefsson in the 79th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Josefsson came free, but Osvaldo Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Demario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. The Falconara Albanese players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
