In the 11th minute, Modesto Socorro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vendel Sass was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Falconara Albanese's Osvaldo Vergaray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Falconara Albanese from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute, Modesto Socorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gusztáv Vásárhelyi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levente Pucheli in the 24th minute of play. Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Socorro in the 26th minute of play. Osvaldo Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levente Pucheli in the 28th minute of the match. The Falconara Albanese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The referee ignored Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's protests and gave Márton Jónás a yellow card for diving instead. Márton Jónás kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Modesto Socorro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lengyeltóti Örömfoci SE's Vendel Sass was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gusztáv Vásárhelyi to make the kick off.
