In the 4th minute, Doriva Sousa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ghost Hunters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 11th minute, Doriva Sousa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno de Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Doriva Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bruno de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Anderbye FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Åke Alströmer came free, but Bruno de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anderbye FC's Bruno de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doriva Sousa in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Ghost Hunters got a corner. Anderbye FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jan-Åke Melander ran over to the corner to take the kick. Willie Waaben was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Geronimo Eguzki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Doriva Sousa made a precise shot to the right of Bruno de Amaral. Anderbye FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Bruno de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Sousa in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Doriva Sousa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doriva Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Åke Alströmer in the 43rd minute of play forced Anderbye FC's goalkeeper Bruno de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Doriva Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Doriva Sousa was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute, Teodoro Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ghost Hunters booed when Anderbye FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute Doriva Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doriva Sousa struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Bruno de Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghost Hunters. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Sousa in the 62nd minute of play forced Anderbye FC's goalkeeper Bruno de Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 played minutes Anderbye FC got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Motta. Jan-Åke Melander was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno de Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Anderbye FC got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Motta. 69 minutes into the match, Doriva Sousa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno de Amaral. Anderbye FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doriva Sousa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Bruno de Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Doriva Sousa in the 72nd minute. Ghost Hunters's Shi Yan Lin was substituted for Henri-Patrick Grocholski. In the 80th minute, Willie Waaben reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bruno de Amaral. The goal made the score 0-8. Jakob Bogren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno de Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Jakob Bogren dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno de Amaral, 0-10. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Anderbye FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan-Åke Melander was slow to take the kick. During this time Ghost Hunters's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Nils-Åke Alströmer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Anderbye FC's Bruno de Amaral did a great save. Ghost Hunters's Nils-Åke Alströmer was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 96th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ghost Hunters's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
