Tiaguinho Correia came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Ghost Hunters's Doriva Sousa. But to his dismay, Doriva Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Cortez got free with Jósef Wandzik in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ghost Hunters's Ahmet Gökalp Usal managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Korhan Kutalmış in the 23 minute of the game. In the 23rd minute, Fulgencio Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute Doriva Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiaguinho Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Oskar Rocheleau came free, but Tiaguinho Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragoş Vâtcu came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jósef Wandzik could save by the left post. Dragoş Vâtcu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jósef Wandzik firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Doriva Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ghost Hunters's supporters rose to their feet, but Doriva Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiaguinho Correia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Doriva Sousa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ghost Hunters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Ghost Hunters's Jósef Wandzik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Ghost Hunters from getting a goal against them. 44 minutes into the match, Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jósef Wandzik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aaron Cortez. The crowd rose to their feet as Trindade Atlético Club's Aaron Cortez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jósef Wandzik. That made the score 1-3 after 44 minutes of play. Doriva Sousa struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Tiaguinho Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghost Hunters. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Tiaguinho Correia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doriva Sousa's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute, Dragoş Vâtcu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jósef Wandzik was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Jósef Wandzik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aaron Cortez went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbson Couto in the 63rd minute of play forced Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jósef Wandzik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Trindade Atlético Club's zone, Sven-Oskar Rocheleau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiaguinho Correia came out of the goal and Sven-Oskar Rocheleau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ghost Hunters's attentive Henri-Patrick Grocholski managed to snatch the ball when Fulgencio Rius made a throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game. Dragoş Vâtcu struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Jósef Wandzik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Trindade Atlético Club. Trindade Atlético Club's Ruperto Emenon was substituted for Fulgencio Rius. Doriva Sousa struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Tiaguinho Correia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ghost Hunters. Ghost Hunters's Virgo Penc was substituted for Ahmet Gökalp Usal. Jósef Wandzik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Vâtcu in the 84th minute of play. After 84th play minutes Wasyl Fetor shot 4-3, a short shot which went by Jósef Wandzik and just under the crossbar into goal. 89 minutes into the match, Doriva Sousa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tiaguinho Correia, 4-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasyl Fetor in the 96th minute of play forced Ghost Hunters's goalkeeper Jósef Wandzik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trindade Atlético Club were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
