Hercule Couret stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkhip Ilyin's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute, Celso Eate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arkhip Ilyin came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the chacarita juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arkhip Ilyin couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute chacarita juniors were awarded a corner. Moises Cayo went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of chacarita juniors booed when Magicos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Bladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Magicos! Hercule Couret stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkhip Ilyin's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The chacarita juniors fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when chacarita juniors's Arkhip Ilyin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With his leg Adriano Pappalardo managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Magicos's Oséas Neiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, chacarita juniors's Adriano Pappalardo got control of the ball when Oséas Neiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arkhip Ilyin in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hercule Couret saved Magicos from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arkhip Ilyin in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hercule Couret prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Arkhip Ilyin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hercule Couret was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. The supporters of Magicos booed when chacarita juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Aurre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flavio Todor during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Magicos getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Flavio Todor hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arkhip Ilyin in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hercule Couret prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half chacarita juniors were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oséas Neiva to strike the kick off in the second half. chacarita juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Moises Cayo in the 53rd minute. Arkhip Ilyin made a great header on chacarita juniors's corner, it was just that Magicos's Hercule Couret managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arkhip Ilyin in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hercule Couret prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Magicos getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Moises Vermudo hit a great ball. Flavio Todor got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After recieving a nice pass, chacarita juniors's Moises Cayo tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Arkhip Ilyin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano Pappalardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Vermudo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. chacarita juniors's Eleuterio Paulin was substituted for Arkhip Ilyin. The supporters of Magicos booed when chacarita juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Lizbeth didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Remigiusz Felenak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Moises Vermudo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eleuterio Paulin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hercule Couret read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. chacarita juniors's Eleuterio Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magicos's Hercule Couret proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Magicos from getting a goal against them. Eleuterio Paulin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hercule Couret firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hercule Couret showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Paulin, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th match minute, Magicos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséas Neiva to maneuver through the defense. chacarita juniors's Eleuterio Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moises Vermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Adriano Pappalardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The chacarita juniors supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing chacarita juniors would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
