Joonas Järve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joonas Järve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Todd Gronow, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Todd Gronow shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joonas Järve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viljar Niidumaa made a kick off. Todd Gronow received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joonas Järve came out and tried to block the shot, but Todd Gronow slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 52nd minute. In the 73rd minute of the game, Todd Gronow landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC made a substitution. Mariusz Ratulowski replaced Todd Gronow. In the 73rd minute, one of Drunken Sea Monkeys:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Drunken Sea Monkeys. With a little luck, Drunken Sea Monkeys's Joonas Järve got control of the ball when Mariusz Ratulowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Illimar Kullamaa made in the 86th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Inaki Mirabal. In the 87th match minute, Drunken Sea Monkeys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Illimar Kullamaa to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Mariusz Ratulowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariusz Ratulowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joonas Järve breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mariusz Ratulowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joonas Järve having to make a save. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
