Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Don Merlot started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Niclas Monschke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jude Bonham. Barr Point's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niclas Monschke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 8th minute Albrecht Bosbach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jude Bonham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niclas Monschke in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jude Bonham prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niclas Monschke in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jude Bonham saved Barr Point from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Barr Point's Kev Granger got a free kick in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the Barr Point defense, Niclas Monschke kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jude Bonham. The Barr Point fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jude Bonham should have stopped the shot. Barr Point's Jude Bonham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don Merlot in the 21st minute of play. Jamie Mayfield hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Don Merlot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jude Bonham having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Doona to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Sven-Olof Lilja sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Barr Point's Jude Bonham didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in SSV Ulm 1846's zone, Den Newland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kryspin Cupial came out of the goal and Den Newland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 32 minutes into the match, Barr Point's goal looked a bit too open when Niclas Monschke came free, but Jude Bonham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Barr Point was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Doona to maneuver through the defense. Jude Bonham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niclas Monschke in the 40th minute of the match. Niclas Monschke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jude Bonham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albrecht Bosbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jude Bonham having to interfere. Jude Bonham came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by SSV Ulm 1846's Niclas Monschke. But to his dismay, Niclas Monschke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Den Newland made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Niclas Monschke put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Jude Bonham. Jude Bonham made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Niclas Monschke sent off a good shot on target. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barr Point's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sven-Olof Lilja was slow to take the kick. During this time SSV Ulm 1846's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Albrecht Bosbach almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Barr Point's Jude Bonham did a great save. 58 minutes into the match, SSV Ulm 1846's Niclas Monschke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jude Bonham narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 60 minutes Barr Point's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sven-Olof Lilja who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Niclas Monschke got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jude Bonham quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jude Bonham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Merlot, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After 63 minutes Barr Point's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sven-Olof Lilja who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Wolfgang Goethe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jude Bonham quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barr Point's goalkeeper Jude Bonham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kryspin Cupial showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jamie Mayfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Den Newland in the 69th minute of play forced SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Kryspin Cupial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Barr Point were awarded a corner. CJ Street went to the cornerflag to take it. CJ Street made a great header on Barr Point's corner, it was just that SSV Ulm 1846's Kryspin Cupial managed to reach the ball for a save. Jude Bonham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niclas Monschke in the 73rd minute of the match. Wolfgang Goethe got a throw-in 77 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sven-Olof Lilja. The audience was convinced that Niclas Monschke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jude Bonham was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Alfred Doona charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfred Doona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SSV Ulm 1846 booed when Barr Point was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Doona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jude Bonham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Olof Lilja in the 79th minute of the match. Kryspin Cupial took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamie Mayfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niclas Monschke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jude Bonham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Jude Bonham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niclas Monschke, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the game, SSV Ulm 1846's Don Merlot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jude Bonham made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. The Barr Point supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SSV Ulm 1846's performance. The match ended with a win for SSV Ulm 1846.
