Cristopher de Alcântara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Cristopher de Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Marino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neymar Da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeferino Diegues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Imre Herceg in the 17th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristopher de Alcântara got free with Marciano Marino in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A well-hit corner resulted in Ivo Mourato heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 25 minutes into the match, Yu Ran Zhen dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marciano Marino, 2-0. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Várdomb's Marciano Marino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Várdomb from getting a goal against them. Cristopher de Alcântara took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Marino. Marciano Marino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes in the game József Nyitrai did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Olaf Wieczorek. In the 43rd minute, Minho FC's Cristopher de Alcântara ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marciano Marino. Marciano Marino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0.
The throw-in from József Nyitrai in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Minho FC's Vladimiro Gago. Marciano Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristopher de Alcântara in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Minho FC's Cristopher de Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marciano Marino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristopher de Alcântara took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Marino. Marciano Marino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 59 minutes into the match, Várdomb's goal looked a bit too open when Cristopher de Alcântara came free, but Marciano Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Marino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristopher de Alcântara went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Minho FC's Ivo Mourato got a free kick in the 65th minute. Minho FC's Cláudio Santiago was substituted for Ivo Mourato. Minho FC's Guilherme Carmona was substituted for Demetrio Savini. After a defensive mix-up in Várdomb's zone, Cristopher de Alcântara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Marino came out of the goal and Cristopher de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marciano Marino came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Minho FC's Cristopher de Alcântara. But to his dismay, Cristopher de Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Imre Herceg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marciano Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristopher de Alcântara in the 78th minute of the match. Várdomb's Marciano Marino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristopher de Alcântara in the 80th minute of play. Marciano Marino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cláudio Santiago, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Cristopher de Alcântara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Marciano Marino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Minho FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
