After 6 played minutes, Skrwa Sikórz's Pat Matt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Suryo Zaelani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Skrwa Sikórz reached it. After having played for 12 minutes, Loreto Turienzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loreto Turienzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute Witalis Czysty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suryo Zaelani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gala's Suryo Zaelani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sufi Kutsan in the 16th minute of play. Isnan Mahuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loreto Turienzo in the 25th minute of play forced Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Winnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 30 minutes, Ucok Baba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ucok Baba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Przemyslaw Winnicki made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Duta Halim sent off a good shot on target. Skrwa Sikórz's Przemyslaw Winnicki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Skrwa Sikórz from getting a goal against them. In the 41st match minute, Skrwa Sikórz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sufi Kutsan to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loreto Turienzo got free with Przemyslaw Winnicki in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

If Loreto Turienzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Witalis Czysty in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Suryo Zaelani saved Gala from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duta Halim in the 55th minute of play forced Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Winnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Winnicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loreto Turienzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skrwa Sikórz's Przemyslaw Winnicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loreto Turienzo in the 56th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Skrwa Sikórz's Witalis Czysty slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Suryo Zaelani. That made the score 0-1 after 58 minutes of play. Sufi Kutsan was shown his second yellow card after 60 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gala made a substitution. Alberto Di Blasio replaced Loreto Turienzo. 65 minutes into the match, Gala's Duta Halim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Przemyslaw Winnicki narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute Gala were awarded a corner. Fitrah Bagjanata went to the cornerflag to take it. Ucok Baba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Przemyslaw Winnicki having to interfere. The Skrwa Sikórz supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Skrwa Sikórz would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
