In the 3rd minute Mariusz Basaik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Dziatkowski stood somewhat misplaced when Ştefan Grigore came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 7 minute. In the 11th minute Mihai Tâbârnă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Dziatkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Mihai Tâbârnă managed to get in a good position for a shot. GoooooL's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihai Tâbârnă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Dziatkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind WZG Sandomierz's goalkeeper Alfred Dziatkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Zygmunt Jarmulowicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to WZG Sandomierz getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Zygmunt Jarmulowicz hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, GoooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Trigueiro came free, but Iker Madrid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfred Dziatkowski stood somewhat misplaced when Ştefan Grigore came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. Alfred Dziatkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Grigore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Zygmunt Jarmulowicz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of GoooooL's Iker Madrid. Iker Madrid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Călin Senin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alfred Dziatkowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Călin Senin slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Călin Senin in the 53rd minute of play forced WZG Sandomierz's goalkeeper Alfred Dziatkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Zbigniew Boniek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfred Dziatkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Grigore, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. GoooooL's Călin Senin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfred Dziatkowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Alfred Dziatkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Călin Senin in the 61st minute of play. GoooooL's Iker Madrid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Basaik in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute Zygmunt Jarmulowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Ludomir Raszek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. WZG Sandomierz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GoooooL the free kick. Ludomir Raszek hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, GoooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Zygmunt Jarmulowicz came free, but Iker Madrid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Zygmunt Jarmulowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Madrid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfred Dziatkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Grigore in the 77th minute of play. Kala Mala could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Iker Madrid made a huge save. WZG Sandomierz's Andrzej Juskowiak was substituted for Zygmunt Jarmulowicz. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by GoooooL's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mariusz Basaik was slow to take the kick. During this time WZG Sandomierz's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mariusz Basaik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iker Madrid quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alfred Dziatkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ştefan Grigore, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Andrzej Juskowiak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The WZG Sandomierz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Alfred Dziatkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Călin Senin in the 89th minute of the match. During the 90th minute of the match Ludomir Raszek completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ludomir Raszek a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Ludomir Raszek hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 92nd minute Mihai Tâbârnă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Dziatkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Senin scored 4-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfred Dziatkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. WZG Sandomierz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
