After a defensive mix-up in 1909 Tarnovia's zone, Sigfrid Weikert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maksymilian Prusinowski came out of the goal and Sigfrid Weikert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Huns's Vintilă Murgu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save The Huns from getting a goal against them. The Huns's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicholas Ramachandran in the 16th minute. Jakub Gondela scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vintilă Murgu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Huns's Vintilă Murgu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakub Gondela in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Huns's George Ghionea got a free kick in the 25th minute. Maksymilian Prusinowski came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by The Huns's Ronan McCunn. But to his dismay, Ronan McCunn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The Huns's Vintilă Murgu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prosper Vandamme in the 33rd minute of play. Çağan Serol hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronan McCunn in the 35th minute of play forced 1909 Tarnovia's goalkeeper Maksymilian Prusinowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miroslaw Pazura in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maksymilian Prusinowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, The Huns's Ronan McCunn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maksymilian Prusinowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 48th minute, Ulryk Podolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Nicholas Ramachandran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maksymilian Prusinowski skillfully saved the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jakub Gondela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maksymilian Prusinowski made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ronan McCunn sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute Jakub Gondela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vintilă Murgu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, The Huns's George Ghionea got a free kick in the 64th minute. Vintilă Murgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenon Hetman in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, The Huns's Scott Martindale got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute, Miroslaw Pazura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maksymilian Prusinowski. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 86th minute, Jakub Gondela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1909 Tarnovia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Maksymilian Prusinowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronan McCunn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Huns were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing 1909 Tarnovia to leave the ground with a draw.
