The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Maximino Atarrabi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vintilă Murgu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Lucas Langoni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Pazura in the 7th minute of the match. After 9 minutes of play, The Huns's Ronan McCunn made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Igon was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronan McCunn in the 12th minute of play forced Intergalactic Pong FC's goalkeeper Simon Igon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Ronan McCunn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Intergalactic Pong FC's Simon Igon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Simon Igon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Gorjanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, The Huns's goalkeeper Vintilă Murgu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maximino Atarrabi. Simon Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronan McCunn in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Intergalactic Pong FC's goalkeeper Simon Igon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Intergalactic Pong FC's Simon Igon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronan McCunn in the 35th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Maximino Atarrabi put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Vintilă Murgu. In the 45th minute, Genaro Gutxi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 55th minute, Intergalactic Pong FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sigfrid Weikert fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 57 minutes into the match, Intergalactic Pong FC's goalkeeper Simon Igon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronan McCunn. Ronan McCunn's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Simon Igon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Xu Xun Jian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Simon Igon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Pazura in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Intergalactic Pong FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Pazura came free, but Simon Igon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When The Huns's Ronan McCunn in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Intergalactic Pong FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ronan McCunn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Igon having to make a save. Simon Igon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronan McCunn in the 70th minute. Simon Igon came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by The Huns's Ronan McCunn. But to his dismay, Ronan McCunn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Simon Igon made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Ronan McCunn sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Atarrabi in the 91st minute of play forced The Huns's goalkeeper Vintilă Murgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Sandu Ţipirig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
