Timo Pezel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fabrício Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A beautiful save bye Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's goalie prevented a goal. With 37 minutes on the clock, Andre Ziffzer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. If Timo Pezel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andoni Donadoni to make the kick off. The Inter de Munique fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabrício Simões should have stopped the shot. 58 minutes into the match, Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's goalkeeper J.J J.J. had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jailson da Silva. In the 60th minute of the match Sc Ajax Hirtenberg got a corner. Inter de Munique's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. In the 65th minute Timo Pezel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrício Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Bakar struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Fabrício Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sc Ajax Hirtenberg. The Sc Ajax Hirtenberg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Inter de Munique made a substitution. Virgílio Borges replaced Manoel Ramalho. Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's Klaus-Dieter Gehlhaar was substituted for Osvaldo Lizer. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Reinaldo Damião managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter de Munique's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinaldo Damião was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jailson da Silva helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Inter de Munique getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jailson da Silva hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Fabiano Teixeira could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which J.J J.J. however easily saved by the left post. Fabiano Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. J.J J.J. showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Teixeira in the 95th minute of the match. Sc Ajax Hirtenberg's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
