Zé Roberto Chaves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Dăscălescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute, Leonid Afteni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LIVIUS UNITED MLS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, Bartolomé Perpiñán cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Zé Roberto Chaves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 19 minutes into the game, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Bartolomé Perpiñán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Roberto Chaves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Leonid Afteni sped through União Agrícola Barbarense's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves. Zé Roberto Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Dăscălescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes União Agrícola Barbarense got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Campidelis. Zé Roberto Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolomé Perpiñán in the 28th minute of the match. Zé Roberto Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonid Afteni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Zbârnea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd match minute, LIVIUS UNITED MLS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Catry to maneuver through the defense. After 44 minutes of play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Bartolomé Perpiñán made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Roberto Chaves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Allan Mendes to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonid Afteni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Bartolomé Perpiñán sped through União Agrícola Barbarense's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves. Marcu Iosub sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in União Agrícola Barbarense's zone, Aristide Păunescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal and Aristide Păunescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zézinho Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Bartolomé Perpiñán made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Roberto Chaves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Roberto Chaves was a little too slow when Bartolomé Perpiñán got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-10. Bartolomé Perpiñán fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Roberto Chaves having to interfere. When Delfim Melo fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored União Agrícola Barbarense's protests and gave Delfim Melo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to União Agrícola Barbarense getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Delfim Melo hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the match, Bartolomé Perpiñán dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zé Roberto Chaves, 0-11. Delfim Melo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogdan Dăscălescu in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zé Roberto Chaves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 85th minute, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Leonid Afteni dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. When Leonid Afteni came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the LIVIUS UNITED MLS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonid Afteni couldn't finish the play. Zé Roberto Chaves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bartolomé Perpiñán in the 96th minute. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
