After a defensive mix-up in Stevnstrup's zone, Ceferino Monte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benni Skovhus came out of the goal and Ceferino Monte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th minute of the match Stevnstrup got a corner. Patay Juniors's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Villy Bjørnsholm ran over to the corner to take the kick. Villy Bjørnsholm made a great header on Stevnstrup's corner, it was just that Patay Juniors's Cayetano Francho managed to reach the ball for a save. Prospero Petris short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Benni Skovhus to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 90 minutes, Reinar Madani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stevnstrup and the Patay Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Patay Juniors had won after a very even match.
